Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Cleany. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.
Order processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Shipping times & rates Estimated delivery times after processing:
- United States: 5–12 business days
- International: 7–20 business days
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the option you choose. Any free-shipping offers will be shown at checkout when they apply.
Order tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. It may take 1–3 days for tracking to update after you receive it.
Shipping delays Occasionally, delivery may take longer than estimated due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or peak seasons. While we can't control these, we'll always help you track down your order — just reach out.
Customs, duties & taxes (international orders) Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country's authorities. These are not included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for details before ordering.
Incorrect addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, email support@trycleany.com as soon as possible and we'll try to correct it before dispatch.
Lost or stolen packages If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. For packages lost in transit, contact us at support@trycleany.com and we'll open an investigation with the carrier and make it right.
